Jolie Ingram

Operations Manager

Jolie is a Wyoming native and has lived here her entire life. She started her journey with Hand and Physical Therapy of Wyoming in December of 2019. Her background is in sales, customer service, management and now the medical field which she now realizes is her favorite of all. Watching how our clinics change the lives of patients on a daily basis is an amazing and humbling experience. Jolie started at our Gillette clinic at the front desk and has now become our Operations Manager for all the clinics in Wyoming. She works remotely in Gillette and travels to our clinics which keeps her close to her team. You will find Jolie and her husband, Bobby riding around the region on their motorcycle which is one of their favorite hobbies. They have been blessed with 4 grown children, and 10 grandchildren who they adore.

 

Valerie Ames

Casper/Douglas/Wheatland Office Manager

Valerie was born and raised here in Casper, Wyoming. She joined Hand and Physical Therapy of Wyoming in 2021 however, she has been in the medical field for 8 years now.

She comes to us with a vast background in management and administration as well as patient care and coordination.

Valerie will primarily be in Casper but you may see her in our Douglas or Wheatland clinics from time to time. She’ll help with a little bit of everything from scheduling to insurance verification and billing questions. Her #1 goal is to help the team maintain our exceptional reputation to provide excellent patient care in Casper, Douglas and Wheatland.

Outside of work, Valerie loves to spend time with friends, family, her husband, Kade, and their yellow lab, Dozer. From camping, hiking and kayaking in the summer to UW football games and tailgating in the fall, they’re always on the go. She and Kade love to travel and adventure and they are always looking forward to the next tropical destination!

 

Nicole Stone

Billing Manager

Nicole is a native of Wyoming. She joined Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming in 2023.  Nicole has over 26 years of administrative experience in the post-secondary and K-12 public education sector. Her background was in Human Resources and she received her Bachelor of Science in Business - Human Resource Management in 2019 from Western Governors University. After joining HPTW she obtained her Certification as a Certified Professional Biller through the American Academy of Professional Coders. 

Nicole and her billing team began billing internally for the clinics in April 2023. They are very proud of the successful billing operations they have developed and are dedicated to the patients and staff of HPTW clinics around the state to assure timely and accurate billing and excellent customer service. 

Nicole resides in Riverton with her husband, Bron. They have been blessed with two grown children and three grandchildren and enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking together, beach vacations, side-by-side rides in the mountains, and camping.

 

Maryanne Hickman

Administrative Assistant (Douglas)

Maryanne is a native to Wyoming, originally from Powell Wy, she moved to Douglas in 2012. She joined Hand and Physical Therapy in February 2023. She has a background in Administrative Assistance and Case Management. 

Maryanne is the first person you will see and speak with when you come into our Douglas clinic. She answers the phone, greets patients, helps with scheduling and is instrumental in keeping the clinic running seamlessly. She has a love for people and enjoys spending time with our patients and helping them in any way she can. 

Outside of the office Maryanne loves spending time with her daughter, Anneliese. They can usually be found outside enjoying nature or taking road trips to visit family and friends during the warmer summer months. She also enjoys a chance to be creative and work with her hands, doing DIY projects, gardening, floral design, and reading.

Theresa Green

Administrative Assistant (Casper)

Theresa is a Wyoming native, living in Casper the majority of her life. She married her high school sweetheart and they have three very active children! She graduated from Casper College with an Associates in Occupational Therapy. She worked primarily in pediatric OT before becoming a stay-at-home mom for the past 15 years. 

She joined Hand and Physical Therapy in 2024. Her passion for caring and helping others has made the transition into the administrative assistance position an easy one. She enjoys interacting with the patients and seeing their progression.

Her happy place is being outdoors camping, hiking, and gardening. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting and playing games. During the colder months, she enjoys baking and cooking meals for others. 

 

Kara Damori

Administrative Assistant (Gillette)

Kara comes to us with eight years of clerical experience in the medical field and a lifetime of experience in customer service!

You will see Kara's smiling face in our Gillette clinic, sometimes you may even hear her laughter first! She works at our front desk the majority of the time, but she wears multiple hats around the clinic. 

Kara has two children; her son Crew is 13 years old and her daughter Klaire is 11 years old. They are both extremely busy so that's Kara's social life...chasing her kids around to all the traveling sports destinations around the region and country. Her kids are great, but her favorite family member is Gannett, Kara's White German Shepherd.

 

Sara Trujillo

Biller

Sara is an internal biller and she joined the Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming team in 2023, but has been doing medical billing for 18 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family including her boyfriend Ronnie, her son Carter, and her daughter Dylan. Sara's hobbies include traveling, shopping, reading, and watching movies.

 

Hannah Morgan

Biller

Hannah is an internal biller at Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming, joining the team in 2023. With over 5 years of medical billing experience, she loves her work, and strives to provide patients with excellent customer service paying close attention to detail and managing effective communication with insurance.

Hannah grew up in Washington state and moved to Wyoming in 2017. She loves to spend her time with her husband, Shawn, and their two sons, Brooks and Lowen. Her favorite thing is traveling as a family. They are always finding fun things to do in the cities and mountains of Colorado, camping in South Dakota, and visiting their favorite places in Washington.
