Cheyenne Gillette

Cheyenne is one of our talented occupational therapists who specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation. She is originally from Gillette, WY and completed her undergraduate studies at Black Hills State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and graduate studies at Eastern Washington University, where she earned her Master’s of Occupational Therapy. While attending BHSU, Cheyenne was a member of the volleyball team, where she earned numerous awards including earning All-American Honors. Cheyenne was able to learn from experienced athletic trainers and strength coaches throughout her academic and athletic career, including research on overhead and throwing athletes. In her occupational therapy career, Cheyenne has found a passion for upper extremity rehabilitation. She especially enjoys wound care, custom splinting, and post-operative orthopedic rehab. Cheyenne is also Master’s Dry Needling certified. In her free time Cheyenne enjoys cycling, hiking, and trekking around the mountains with her husband, Tanner, and their new puppy Gertie.

Maggie Oliver

Maggie graduated from Casper College in 2017 with her associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Over the years Maggie has worked in a variety of practice areas including geriatrics, home health, schools, and outpatient. Maggie is a Casper native, but recently moved to Douglas and has loved serving the people of both communities. Maggie enjoys seeing a wide variety of pathologies but loves treating post-operative shoulders and through recent certifications lymphedema. In her free time Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband Chase, her large family, and friends.

Nicole Cadwell

OTR/L

Nicole Cadwell, OTR/L graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2000 and has spent her Occupational Therapy career specializing in Neuromuscular Rehabilitation of the Upper Extremity, Functional Balance and Fall Prevention, Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management, and Cognitive Therapy as it relates to ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).  She holds a number of certifications with the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, The American Institute of Balance, Neuro-IFRAH, and ErgoScience, to name a few.  She has worked throughout the United States, returning to her hometown of Casper, WY in 2005.  Nicole's favorite quote: "Education isn't something you can finish" by the famous biochemist and science fiction writer Issac Asimov.  She prioritizes providing the best, evidence based Occupational Therapy Practice to the patient's she serves across Wyoming by studying with national and international experts.  Nicole loves spending time with her loving husband and daughters in the community and outdoors when she is off work.  Nicole is passionate about living her best life, and believes everyone, regardless of their current abilities, can achieve their highest quality of life. 

 

Sam Kraus

Sam is originally from Casper WY. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming. She then returned to Casper to pursue her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota. She has experience working in a variety of settings including; Long Term Care, Schools, Acute care, Home Health and Outpatient Orthopedics. 

Outside of work Sam enjoys spending time with her family, boating at alcova, camping in the mountains, riding her horses, and running.
