Tanner is one of our many talented therapists who works with an array of orthopedic conditions and has a special interest in athlete development, as well as the Buffalo clinic manager.
While attending BHSU, Tanner was a member of the BHSU Track and Field team, earning many regional medals in indoor and outdoor events. He was able to learn from experienced athletic trainers and strength coaches throughout his academic and athletic career, preparing him to assist young athletes with injury prevention and skill development.
Tanner enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and exploring the Big Horns with his wife, Cheyenne, and their new puppy, Gertie.
Education: Tanner is a Wyoming native, being born in Sheridan, WY and growing up in Gillette, WY. He completed his undergraduate degree from Black Hills State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching and then attended Spokane Falls Community College, where he earned his Associates degrees for Physical Therapist Assistant. He also has earned his Work Well Certification.

Experience: In his physical therapy career, Tanner has found a passion for post-operative and conservative orthopedic conditions, wound care, and skilled athlete development. He is currently pursuing further education in post-operative foot and ankle rehabilitation.
