Sam is originally from Casper WY. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming. She then returned to Casper to pursue her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota. She has experience working in a variety of settings including; Long Term Care, Schools, Acute care, Home Health and Outpatient Orthopedics.
Outside of work Sam enjoys spending time with her family, boating at alcova, camping in the mountains, riding her horses, and running.
Education: University of Wyoming 2014: BS in Kinesiology, with a minor in Psychology. University of North Dakota 2018: Masters in Occupational Therapy.
